Our client is a leading independent provider of Roadside Assistance across Australia and New Zealand for major insurance brands and iconic automotive manufacturers including premium brands like Ferrari, Maserati, Lotus and many more.
About the role:This is a customer service role with a difference. You'll be the calm and reassuring voice on the line for customers experiencing unexpected vehicle issues. As the first point of contact, you'll provide guidance and coordinate support through a trusted network of service providers.
You will be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from customers needing roadside or breakdown assistance
* Providing advice and assistance over the phone in a roadside and customer service capacity
* Resolving any concerns or questions the customer may have regarding their vehicle
* Acting as main point of contact between the customer and the supplier network

To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Previous customer service experience is desired but not a must
* A resilient and helpful personality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days a week
* Strong problem solving skills
