Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support day‐to‐day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. This role involves coordination, basic reporting, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office administration tasks
* Handle emails, phone calls, and internal coordination
* Maintain office records, files, and documentation
* Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
* Support HR activities such as onboarding, timesheets, and leave records
* Assist with basic invoicing, expenses, and data entry
* Ensure office supplies are stocked and workplace is well maintained
Requirements
* Previous experience in an office admin or support role (Australian workplace preferred)
* Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Well‐organised, proactive, and able to multitask
