You'll combine proactive planning with hands-on delivery leadership - ensuring work is prioritised, aligned to the roadmap, visible and progressing without unnecessary friction.This is a senior delivery role within a product-aligned team: part Scrum Master, part Delivery Lead, part Delivery Manager - with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.**What You'll Do*** Work with technical BAs to establish and maintain clear, achievable delivery plans aligned to the roadmap* Proactively identify and remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies* Lead certain initiatives end-to-end, ensuring ownership and momentum* Align sprint planning with capacity, velocity and competing priorities* Identify delivery risks early and drive issues to resolution* Ensure all work is tracked, visible and accurately represented* Lead high-value agile ceremonies that drive clarity and accountability* Monitor demand, effort and throughput, using data to improve forecasting and performance* Reduce single-person dependencies and improve cross-team coordination* Contribute to change management and UAT where requiredYour impact will be seen in predictable delivery, reduced friction, strong stakeholder alignment and sustainable team performance.**About You**You're delivery-focused, structured and calm under pressure. You don't wait for problems to resolve themselves - you lean in, influence and drive outcomes.**You bring:*** 3+ years in a software delivery management role, ideally in enterprise environments* A track record of delivering complex software initiatives* Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills* Experience working across distributed, multi-stream teams* A tenacious, outcome-oriented mindset* Prior experience as a software developer or in an adjacent technical role* Strong analytical and systematic thinking (lean, systems thinking, continuous improvement)* Experience in cloud-native, continuous delivery environments and exposure to regulated industries*We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement.
