Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing QS and Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands‑on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, offering flexibility to suit the successful candidate's location preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial properties.
* Conduct site inspections and collect data for cost estimation and reporting.
* Support the preparation of reinstatement cost assessments (insurance valuations), capital works fund forecasts, and financer costing reports / progress claims .
* Liaise with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.
* Maintain accurate project records and contribute to reporting and compliance documentation.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation, ATO guidelines, and industry standards.
About You
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Property Economics (or a "Built‑Environment" related field).
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Have own roadworthy vehicle for local and regional travel (as required).
* A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for site visits).
* AIQS / RICS Membership (Full Member)
