What's the role?Our Business Development Managers excel at networking and building relationships, leveraging their existing connections and collaborating with the local community.
By partnering with internal specialists, they manage a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions across Australia.
This includes handling new-to-bank deals, providing exceptional service, and facilitating smooth, hassle-free experiences for our customers.
This role is a permanent full-time position based in Armidale, NSW.
What do I need?
Proven track record in new business development and account management.
Extensive experience in managing B2B partnerships.
Ability to steer new business in the right direction while maintaining customer focus.
A commitment to making customer-centric decisions, in line with Westpac's values.
Strong business acumen, detailed presentation skills, and solid organisational abilities.
Capability to manage workload independently while being mobile.
