We are looking for a Fresh Buyer to join our Queensland team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in fresh produce environments, enjoys working closely with operational teams, and is keen to grow their buying capability.
What you will be doing
* Supporting and reviewing weekly promotions and sales performance
* Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries and minimal waste
* Picking and packing product using RF scanners and wrapping pallets
* Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
* Moving stock and materials between workstations and storage locations
* Stacking and organising bulk items accurately and safely
* Reporting damaged or missing stock to supervisors
* Maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times
* Wearing required safety equipment and following WHS procedures
* Communicating clearly with team members and leaders
* Working collaboratively to meet daily operational and buying objectives
* Forklift operation (experience preferred and advantageous)
