O BAGEL is seeking a skilled and passionate bakery to join our bakery team, specifically focusing on the production of bagels.
Bakery experience is not mandatory, but kitchen experience is a plus.
This role involves overseeing the entire process of bagel-making, from preparing the dough to shaping the bagels and baking them to perfection using our ovens.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing dough according to established recipes and standards
* Shaping and forming bagels consistently and accurately
* Monitoring the baking process to ensure high-quality results
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
* Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery environment
* Experience in bagel-making or bread production is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Previous experience with bakery equipment, including ovens and dough mixers, is preferred
