About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced and passionate Female Support Workers to work in Corio, Victoria.
Experience with PEG Feeding, Manual handling, Non‑Verbal and Cerebral Palsy is highly regarded as well as confidence in social engagement, and community access.
Due to the participant's background, only Female Support Workers are required for this position. This is recognised as a genuine discrimination exemption and occupation qualification and is authorised under (Division 1, Section 24 (1) (a), (b) & (2) of the VICTORIA Equal Opportunity Act 2010).
Required Support Times
Frequency: Supports will be on a Fortnightly basis.
Hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑9:30am & 7pm‑9pm. Saturday & Sunday: 12pm‑5pm
About You

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:
* Female Support Workers Required
* 12 months or more experience as a Support Worker.
* Willing to accept 2 Hour Shifts
* Experience with PEG Feeding and Manual Handling highly regarded.
* Cerebral Palsy and Non‑Verbal support experience is also highly regarded.
* Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)
* Driver's Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
* Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain.
* Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
