About the Role

* The ICT Support Officer will provide on-the-ground technical support for our DC team and wider business operations.
* Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT hardware, supporting SaaS applications, administering cloud infrastructure, monitoring cybersecurity risks, and managing the network environment.
* Additional duties include ensuring SOX-compliant user access provisioning and reporting, and staying up to date with tech trends to bring innovative support ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

* A strong experience in ICT support, ideally in a fast-paced agile environment, warehouse or logistics environment would be highly desirable.
* Confident troubleshooting both Windows and macOS systems.
* Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS) and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
* Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
* Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
* A self-starter who works autonomously and is proactive with follow-up and escalation.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative and high-energy environment.
