Job Overview:
This role is responsible for performing technical activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining and servicing computer-related products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to all End Users for Incidents and Service Requests.
* Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
* Work with Other Service Partners by providing physical support for Infrastructure at client locations that host EUPSD Services.
Requirements:
* NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
* Effective time management skills are essential.
* Motivation and enthusiasm are a must.
* Experience in the delivery of IT support services with specified KPIs is necessary.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
* A strong focus on customer service is essential.
