About the role
The Business Development Manager (BDM) position is an exciting opportunity for a Kalgoorlie local to set up a new branch for Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) and build our business. You will be a key member of the team and be responsible for developing our new branch and continuing our service delivery to BCS clients in Kalgoorlie.
What you'll be doing
* Establish and manage the new BCS Kalgoorlie branch.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
* Identify business opportunities and drive regional growth.
* Lead and coordinate local operations, ensuring high service standards.
* Collaborate with the wider BCS team to achieve strategic goals.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations (mining or industrial services experience highly regarded).
* Strong local network and understanding of the Kalgoorlie region.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
