We are seeking a reliable, motivated casual cleaner to join our growing team. Our model is built around consistent, rostered work - you will have set hours giving you the stability and confidence of knowing what your week looks like and repeat clients so you can build up an ongoing rapport.
You will be working in small teams of 2-4 people across a variety of jobs, depending on scope and location.
Please note: This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity for candidates who are settled in the Northern Rivers and genuinely committed to reliable, consistent work. This role is not suitable as a short-term stopgap. Our clients and teammates rely on us turning up when we say we will - reliability is non-negotiable, and we are looking to build lasting relationships with the people who join our teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Residential cleans - domestic recurring cleans through to deep cleans and end-of-lease cleans
* Airbnb turnovers - linen changes, restocking and presenting properties to a high standard for incoming guests
* Commercial cleaning - maintaining offices and commercial premises to a consistently professional standard
* In-home My Aged Care and DVA - respectful, considerate service in the homes of My Aged Care and DVA clients, carrying out a range of tasks within the home to support their daily living
* Working collaboratively as part of a 2-4 person team
* Caring for company-supplied equipment and supplies
* Arriving at every job in a clean, presentable personal vehicle - you are Hubb's face when you pull into a client's driveway
* Delivering consistently excellent results for our clients
About you
* Own reliable vehicle (essential) with a current full Australian Drivers License.
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A reliable, punctual and professional approach
* Exceptional personal hygiene and personal presentation - company shirts will be supplied
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential - we train the right people
* Physically fit and able to carry out active cleaning duties
* Right to work in Australia
