Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our growing business across Australia and New Zealand. The purpose of this role is to act as a true partner to the business and to provide strategic support to key parts of the business. We are looking for someone to support a variety of different teams and help foster our positive environment with all our colleagues.
In this role, you will work across a huge range of different activities:
* Debt Collection, including reminders, overdue emails, phone calls, queries, and invoice changes.
* Liaise with clients and work through solutions.
* Assisting the finance team with early claims and preparation and distribution of monthly client invoices.
* Maintaining accounts record keeping and archiving (Mailmanager) of all documents.
* Handling general accounts administration.
Requirements And Qualifications
* Must be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident.
* Confident to call clients to work through solutions.
* Experience in an Accounts Receivable role including a proven track record collecting unpaid debt.
* Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft O365.
* Someone who loves collaborating with all stakeholders.
