Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participate in an intensive State Street Global Markets orientation at the Sydney office
* Complete up to four 6-month assignments across Global Markets to develop critical market knowledge, skills, and experience
* Engage with global sales, trading, and research teams through focused assignments
* Access training courses on financial markets and essential business skills, with sponsorship for CFA certification
* Gain exposure to senior management and receive mentorship from leaders at all levels
