We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client team for a key Workforce Management System project. This role will support the integration of training, learning, and gate access into a single, streamlined platform. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
* Map and analyse business processes using BPMN (Visio).
* Identify improvement opportunities, assess risks, and evaluate proposed solutions.
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating complex concepts.
* Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Support the business through the transition to the new system.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including gap and impact analysis.
* Experience with workforce management systems—mining sector experience is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience working in multi-vendor environments and performing system testing.
* Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modelling.
* Understanding of system testing and ensuring solutions align with business needs.
