**Ecommerce Strategy and Client Experience Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Strategy and Client Experience Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective ecommerce strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing ecommerce clients and knowledge of digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social, and CMS platforms like Shopify. They will be able to develop an elite, multichannel digital strategy based on a deep analysis of the client's platforms, state of play, and goals.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, ability to spot opportunities for growth, formulate strategies, and generate ideas. The candidate must also have effective project management capabilities from forecast to delivery and keen attention to detail and budgetary control.
In addition, the successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations. They will be able to work in a fast-paced, hardworking, high-integrity business environment and contribute effectively to content development for our website, highlighting our client experience and case studies achieved by our team.
