Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Developer (CRM)
to join a high-performing digital team and play a key role in designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions that drive customer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on development role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Power Platform.
What you'll do
Develop and customise D365 CRM (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate)
Configure forms, entities, security roles, dashboards, and model-driven apps
Build integrations using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related services
Support data migration using KingswaySoft/SSIS/ADF
Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvements
Work collaboratively in an Agile squad
What you'll bring
Strong experience as a D365 CRM Developer (CE)
Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure integrations
Hands-on configuration experience across D365 modules
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and best-practice CRM development
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Microsoft certifications (preferred)
