Clinical Nurse – Aged Care | Full-Time | Coastal QLD

We're partnering with a well-regarded aged care provider in the Bundaberg regionto find a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join their team full-time. This is a rare leadership opportunity in a purpose-built, family-owned residential aged care home where care, culture, and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.
This role is perfect for a senior Registered Nurse who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, mentoring a clinical team while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality, resident-first care. If you have experience as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Care Coordinator as well, that would be great
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a dedicated team of care staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
* Mentor and guide junior nurses and carers, encouraging continuous learning and development
* Act as a clinical resource and support to staff, residents, families, and external healthcare providers
* Oversee clinical documentation, compliance, and adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards
* Collaborate with the Clinical Manager on recruitment, onboarding, and service improvements
About You:
* AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a minimum 3 years' experience in aged care
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting
* Strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Autumn Care (advantageous)
* Willingness to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical
