The state-of-the-art headquarters/production facility is based in Wagga Wagga with over 60 staff employed.


About the Role


The Graduate IT Systems Analyst (full-time based in Wagga Wagga), is a multi-disciplined role that encompasses elements of Help Desk, Software Support, End-User Documentation and Training, and Project Management. The Graduate IT Systems Analyst will assist the IT Team to support and enhance existing systems and processes across the business, and develop and implement new products, offerings and innovations.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide process, system and software support to individuals and/or user groups
* Utilise the help desk system to track and resolve all IT related requests, incidents, and problems
* Produce high-quality documents, manuals, and communications relevant to systems, projects and business activities as required
* Work closely and assist business users, with analysing their existing work practices through systematic process mapping, identifying solutions to business needs, and opportunities for system and process improvement
* Assist with the development of high quality functional specifications for new system features and process improvement
* Develop and execute test plans and test scenarios for projects, enhancements, and software upgrades
* Manage the post implementation support framework for end users and provide a high level of support


Key Attributes

* A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 1 years experience in a similar IT role is desirable
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, MySQL and SQL Server
* Demonstrate initiative and goal-oriented skills
* Excellent communication skills, strong time management skills, and attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to analyse user requirements, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions
* Strategic thinking in combination with a decisive nature, capable of delivering quick solutions
* Customer service focused with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work independently or in teams as required
