Your Role: You will oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of CareSouth's services and growth initiatives in the region. This includes co-ordinating program delivery, monitoring service standards, and engaging with all relevant stakeholders. You will work with the Regional Manager to develop and grow the regional profile and services across Western NSW.
What you need to be successful in your role:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications plus relevant professional experience (5 years) within the Community Sector.
- Knowledge of program management.
- Knowledge of client groups and/or issues related to the program area.
- Understands the business, professional practice and the internal and external environment.
- Sound understating of most organisational functions e.g. HR, IT, Finance.
- Sound understanding of standards required by legislation and professional bodies.
- High level skills in regards to strategic thinking and planning.
- Higher level skills in regards to networking and stakeholder engagement.
- High level interpersonal skills, problem solving, creative solutions to complex matters and complaints management.
- Knowledge of Regional services and infrastructure.
