About the Role:

* Providing high-level administrative support across the General Counsel and Governance team.
* Managing legal records and documentation, including file creation, archiving, and maintaining information systems via Synergy's document management system.
* Processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP and Ariba, and assisting with financial management activities such as accruals, budgets, and reporting.
* Collating monthly and annual reports on operating costs and accruals, and coordinating responses to external audit requests.
