Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Hospital and Health Care operations in Sydney. The role involves providing high-quality patient and client support, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a positive service experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare customer service, patient administration, front desk support, or call centre roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient and customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Schedule and manage appointments, referrals, and service requests
* Provide accurate information on healthcare services, procedures, and policies
* Maintain up-to-date patient records and data entry in internal systems
* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Liaise with clinical teams and administrative departments
* Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare regulations
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer care and service excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer, Patient Services Officer, or Customer Support Representative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage high-volume enquiries in a structured environment
* Proficiency in CRM systems, patient management systems, and MS Office
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in hospital, clinic, medical centre, or healthcare administration
* Knowledge of patient confidentiality and privacy standards
* Previous experience working in Sydney or Australian healthcare organisations
* Certificate or diploma in Health Administration or Business (advantageous)
