Concrete Structure Delivery Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to oversee the delivery of a high-profile hotel development in Shepparton. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Site Operations: Oversee all on-site activities related to the concrete structure phase.
* Coordinate Trades and Teams: Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain program and quality.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company procedures.
* Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
* Maintain Documentation: Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven Experience: Proven experience managing concrete structure works on commercial projects.
* Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
* Safety and Quality: Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality systems.
* Qualifications: Trade or engineering background preferred.
