The Little Hearing Co. is expanding and we are looking for a hard-working, experienced audiologist to join our team.
About Us:
The Little Hearing Co. is a clinician-owned, independent audiology company that prides itself on offering expertise in hearing care across a wide range of clinical services including;
* paediatric and adult diagnostic assessments,
* hearing aids from all major suppliers,
* hearing implants from all major suppliers,
* tinnitus management programs,
* auditory processing assessments,
* wax management.

You'll work alongside two highly experienced Audiology industry leaders, as well as our General Manager and receptionists in an environment that encourages professional growth and values your contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Conduct accurate and comprehensive audiological assessments for children and adults
* Provide strong, clear recommendations and support to your patients, to help develop rehabilitation programs that utilise the full range of device options in order to achieve the clients' goals
* Offer flexible follow-up care and ongoing support for patients
* Communicate clearly and concisely with referrers and other stakeholders
* Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
* Contribute to the development of new initiatives and expansion into new areas as the Company continues to grow
* Assist with clinic management tasks including some reception tasks and appointment scheduling, billing and helping to maintain an organised and efficient clinical environment

About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in Audiology
* Full member of Audiology Australia or ACAud with HSP QP number
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
* Thrive in an environment of autonomy and enjoy challenging yourself
* Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient-focused approach to care
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Flexibility to travel between our locations
