**About the role

Provide an efficient and accurate administrative service through the timely provision of medical transcription and typing services, along with a range of valuable support duties as directed as part of the administrative team within the Cardiology Program.

About you

Provide medical typing and transcription support to the staff specialists. Make corrections and/or alterations to typed correspondence as required and assist with other typing and administrative support functions as required.
Examine incoming correspondence, papers and reports to determine action and prepare appropriate replies for consideration and/or dispatch ensuring a high standard of presentation and content quality.
Participate in multi-skilling and continuous training activities.
