Our client is seeking a solicitor with a passion for real estate to join their innovative Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne. This role offers a unique chance to work with blue-chip clients on high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors — leveraging cutting-edge legal technology and contributing to strategic global projects. You will manage a diverse range of leasing transactions, support due diligence and broader real estate matters, and collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and practice groups worldwide. Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of leasing transactions in commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
Support due diligence and broader real estate matters.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups worldwide.
Apply legal technology and contribute to strategic global projects.
Qualifications
2-5 years' experience as a property lawyer, preferably with exposure to high-volume leasing
Eligible for an Unrestricted Practising Certificate
Strong drafting, negotiation, and matter management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
Genuine interest in legal technology, process innovation and the future of law
