You'll sit within the GEOINT Capability Operations Sub-Branch, working across systems that enable the collection, production and dissemination of geospatial intelligence across multiple security domains. This is less greenfield delivery and more about owning sustainment at a program level, planning, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across critical intelligence platforms.

* Financial Year and Multi-Year sustainment planning
* Governance, reporting, and PMO leadership
* ICT system sustainment, upgrades, and migrations
* Risk, change, and stakeholder management across a classified environment
* Leading a small, multi-skilled PMO team
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of GEOINT system sustainment
* Manage capability lifecycles (enhancements, upgrades, migrations)
* Drive governance forums, reporting, and decision support
* Oversee procurement activities aligned to program needs
* Manage vendors and technical SMEs within the PMO
* Coordinate resources and priorities across competing demands
* Lead risk, issue, and change management processes
* Engage senior stakeholders and escalate where required
What They're Looking For
* Proven Project Manager (SFIA Level 5 equivalent)
* Strong experience in ICT / mission systems / secure environments
* Background in sustainment, not just delivery
* Comfortable operating in PMO and governance-heavy environments
* Experience managing system migrations and complex dependencies
* Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and executive layers
