Job Title
This is a mid-senior level contract administrator role in the civil construction and earthworks industry.
* Manage contract administration across multiple civil and earthworks projects to ensure contracts are administered effectively and variations are managed efficiently.
* Prepare, review, and process variations and progress claims to support project outcomes beyond administration tasks.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain compliance with contract terms and project documentation.
* Support Project Managers in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to drive project success by identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving outcomes.
