Location
Based in our Maroochydore office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexible remote work during the rest of the week. Remote work is honoured if you have a recorded remote location in Fusion. Eligibility: Applicants with a formal accommodation due to disability, medical or legal reasons enabling remote work; redeployment candidates under redundancy notice; remote contract after office closure; living far from current offices.
Key responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

* Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using multiple systems and managing administrative tasks.
