The role of a Property Manager is changing, no longer are you a person that solves problems but you are now also a trusted professional advisor. We believe strong relationships are the key to managing a successful portfolio, we have set up processes and a support structure that allow you to add value to both tenants and landlords.

We have assistants both onshore and offshore to avoid you getting bogged down in administration tasks, which free’s you up to be more proactive than reactive.

If you’re tired of burnout, unrealistic workloads, and being stretched across leasing and PM — this role is designed to let you focus on property management only .

About the Role

You’ll manage a tidy residential portfolio with strong admin support and no leasing responsibilities. We invest in our people, our systems, and our culture.

Key responsibilities:

* End-to-end residential property management

* Routine inspections & reporting

* Maintenance coordination

* Tenant and landlord communication

* Arrears, renewals & compliance

* Working with admin support and modern software

About You

* Current WA Property Management Registration

* Experience in residential property management

* Strong organisation and communication skills

* Current driver’s licence

* Professional, positive, and team-oriented
