Principal Business Change Officer – eHealth Queensland
We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Change Officer to coordinate the development of and contribute to the successful delivery of business change, stakeholder engagement and communications initiatives and deliverables within an ICT project and program environment.
The role
Reporting to the Manager Organisational Change and Training, the Principal Business Change Officer will coordinate, develop and deliver business change initiatives for a multi‑level cyber security program of work.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating planning and monitoring business change activities within a work stream, including business change management, change impact analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
* Developing and delivering business change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of business change which meets business needs.
* Contributing to the delivery of business outcomes by monitoring, gathering, and analysing data to support the measurement and reporting of deliverables benefits throughout the activity lifecycle and post implementation.
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and between key stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
* Encouraging the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
* Developing and delivering workshops to enhance organisational capability in change management.
* Completing other business change related tasks as assigned by the Manager Organisational Change and Training and/or Project leader.
Qualifications
* The ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships and communications across Queensland to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders both inside and outside the program.
* Strong planning, analysis, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple streams of work within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
* Sound knowledge of change management planning, monitoring, and documentation of activities in a project environment, using appropriate industry standards and techniques.
* ICT and/or Healthcare experience (highly desirable).
