We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Administrator to join our client who is a leading global organisation specialising in software and facilitating a sustainable future. This position will allow you to work with a passionate and collaborate team who enjoy technology and partnering with stakeholders.
As the Human Resource Administrator will be supporting regional functions; be hands on and provide coordination skills which will include the following tasks:
- Liaising with Talent Business Partners and supporting the recruitment process. From interview to offer and onboarding
- Interview scheduling and tracking
- Manage and update HRIS systems as required
- Liaise with payroll / finance to manage any upcoming queries
- Exposure to recruitment or human resource activities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume
- People orientated and able to work; provide support to managers and colleagues
- Complete administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will be required to work in a hybrid capacity and available to start a new role in December
