Key Performance Areas for HSEQ Management System Administrator

This role requires an experienced professional to manage audits, document control, and the Business Management System.
Responsibilities:
* Assist various business units with Quality Management Plans for projects and tenders.
* Prepare monthly reports on Health Safety Environment (HSE) performance and contribute to tender submissions.
* Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Support external audit processes.
* Manage document control processes and maintain relevant accreditations.
* Develop targets for continuous improvement within the Business Management System.
* Coordinate and conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions.
* Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering sectors.
* A Work Health and Safety qualification is highly regarded.
* Ability to maintain ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and OFSC WHS accreditations.
* Lead Auditor training is essential.
* Quality Management or Quality Assurance qualifications are desirable.
