About the role An exciting, business-critical role with a multinational FMCG organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their Finance team. This Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) position will provide financial support and results analysis and will drive accountability for the financial commitments of the business. The continued development and enhancement of reporting processes, in addition to discovering data insights by utilising advanced business intelligence tools such as Tableau, are a key focus of this role. Initially, this role will commence as a long-term 12 month fixed-term contract, however there is significant scope for extension and/or permanency. The responsibilities Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for: Work with internal stakeholders to develop and design business requirements regarding data and information management Partner with cross-functional teams in developing progressive data modelling & visualisation platforms, enabling discovery and interpretation of data insights to further unlock business growth opportunities Create interactive Tableau Dashboards that incorporate good visual design principles Documentation and improvement of reporting/dashboard processes Preparation of Reporting Packs (Month end, forecast S&OP cycles, budget) Understanding of key cost drivers, revenue drivers and variances versus plan/forecast End-to-End process management of forecast and budget compilation including stakeholder communication Consolidation of various categories and updating of reporting systems and reports The successful applicant will have Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have 1.5-2yrs of hands-on Tableau experience, have worked in a large, complex organisation previously and feel comfortable working with large data sets.
