A well-established global freight forwarder and customs brokerage is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage purchase orders and provide shipment updates to clients
* Prepare quotations and assist with rate negotiations
* Maintain and update rates within CargoWise
* Follow up on documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate customs clearance
* Provide updates on cargo status, availability, and transit movements
* Prepare sea and air freight reports for clients
* Assist with coordinating deliveries and transport requirements
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients and overseas agents
Skills & Experience
* Experience using CargoWise (EDI) and MS Office is essential
* Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service within freight forwarding (Australian market preferred)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proactive approach with solid problem-solving ability
