The Role
This is a dual-focus position designed for a multitasker who thrives on variety. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, conducting market appraisals, and converting leads into new managements
* Portfolio Management: End-to-end management of a growing boutique portfolio (leasing, inspections, maintenance, and tenant/owner relations)
* Networking: Representing the agency within the suburb and building a strong local presence
* Admin Excellence: Ensuring all documentation is compliant and kept up to date
* Career Pathway: Potential for career growth as you develop the business and lead the growing team
About You
You are a "people person" with a "can-do" attitude. To hit the ground running, you will need:
* Experience: A proven track record in both Property Management and Business Development within the WA market
* Licensing: A current WA Property Management Registration (or Real Estate License) is essential
* Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Victoria Park/South Perth area is a massive plus
* Drive: A hunger for new business and a passion for providing a premium customer experience
* Tools: A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
