Your new company
A well‐established civil construction contractor operating across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs is expanding its workforce due to ongoing project growth. You'll be joining a team known for delivering high‐quality work on subdivisions, road upgrades, drainage, and general civil infrastructure projects.
Your new role
You will be working as a civil labourer, supporting machine operators, pipe layers, and site supervisors. Daily tasks may include trenching, spotting machinery, using hand and power tools, site clean‐up, assisting with drainage works, and general labouring duties. Opportunities exist for ongoing work with the potential for long‐term placement for the right candidates.
What you'll need to succeed
* White Card
* Previous experience in civil construction or labouring
* Reliable transport to sites across Melbourne's north and west
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
* Advantageous but not essential: tickets such as roller, excavator, or traffic control
