About the Role As a contractor OT with Seeking Minds, you’ll work with a mixed caseload of NDIS participants and private clients, across children, adolescents, and adults, with varying needs and goals. Work can be completed in the community, from home, or from our office space, depending on your preference and client needs. Option to explore permanency for those seeking longer-term stability. What You’ll Do Conduct functional assessments and deliver individualised OT interventions. Work flexibly across in-person and remote service delivery. Complete high-quality assessments, reports, and documentation for relevant bodies. Recommend and support adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and home modifications. Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals. Participate in structured supervision and reflective practice. Who We’re Looking For AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist. Experience across age groups and diverse support needs, desirable but not necessary Knowledge of the NDIS or comparable frameworks. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. ABN and relevant insurances for contractor work. A relational, community-oriented OT aligned with human rights and ethical practice.
