About the Role:
* This is a senior leadership position within Defence field service, overseeing NSW operations.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead and manage various activities including strip survey repair overhaul rebuild and testing of complex electro-electronic-hydraulic-mechanical systems. The role requires close collaboration with deployed staff to ensure key tasks are completed effectively.
1. Select appropriate maintenance procedures for equipment overhauls, repairs, or rebuilds ensuring all necessary quality assurance (QA) hold points are met.
2. Evaluate compliance requirements against existing documentation to guarantee alignment with organisational standards.
3. Sustain efficient management of facilities tools test rigs vehicles calibration equipment across regional operations in NSW.
