About the Role
Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our Sunshine Plaza store! As a Christmas Casual, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.
From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something current.
If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and outstanding people, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals

Pick and pack click & dispatch orders

What We're Looking For
Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and Current Year's Day
Retail experience is great, but not a must
Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
