The successful applicant will work alongside the Director and Elite salespeople, gaining exposure to all facets of real estate sales, and will be provided with ongoing training and support in a positive and structured team environment.
**About the role**
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who is excited about everything sales-related You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best agents in the industry and be a part of a successful team that offers excellent training and support. This role assists a bustling team with a large volume of work.
**Duties will be supporting sales agents with**:
- Providing strong administrative support to the Director and Sales Reps
- Commence, manage and oversee marketing responsibilities such as prints, signage, brochures, and social media
- Sales to settlement coordination - liaising with settlement agents, buyers, sellers, and internal staff
- Diary management
- Creating open packs
- Data entry
**About you**
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator / PA or EA
- Real Estate Sales Registration - advantageous
- Team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional presentation and vibrant personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills and personal skills
