The Role – Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated, forward-thinking leader who is aligned with our vision for high-quality early education.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead your team with purpose, and work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager, essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS & National Law/Regulations
- Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
