Relay Assembly Worker:Roster: Monday - Friday - 7:00am-3:45pm (Mon-Thu), 7:00am – 12pm (Fri); 38 hours/weekWork Location: 19 Southern Court, Keysborough, VIC 3173Rate: $33.96 Per Hour (including casual loading) - (Manufacture award C10)2XM Recruit is the leading technical workforce recruitment and labour hire solutions provider in Victoria to the Transport, Rail and rolling stock sector. We are a national business backed by a global brand.Our valued client is located in Keysborough and is a protection/supervision electro-mechanical relay specialist who provides components and products to multiple key turn clients.Job ObjectiveThe Electronics Assembly Operatives will produce equipment through electrical and mechanical assembly. This includes basic through-hole soldering, basic use of small hand tools and power tools, and modification of enclosures, wire harnesses, and sub-assemblies.Requires good hand dexterity and eye–hand coordination to assemble/adjust small and critical mechanical parts. Soldering skills are also beneficial.The successful applicant must be comfortable with detaching and reattaching large scale socket components associated with heavy industry.Duties:

* Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, diagrams, work orders, reports, and assembly instructions.
* Ensure control of assembly steps using the assembly drawings provided.
* Prepare product components to be assembled and ensure that all of them have been quality-tested.
* Perform mechanical focused assemblies to the highest quality standards using approved manufacturing procedures on large scale product size.
* Inspect sub-assemblies for workmanship and compliance to documentation.
* Perform quality inspection throughout the assembly process.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Experience in electronics manufacturing.
* Experience using hand and power tools to assemble products.
* Hand soldering experience.
* Good hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity.
* Ability to read and interpret part drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances.
