Overview of the Role
This is a remote, permanent part-time role ideal for a recruiter who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and evening work.
You’ll support active recruitment projects by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top-tier candidates using our systems and tools.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and broader team to deliver fast, high-quality results.

About the Role
- Work evenings and/or flexible schedule across 8–16 hours per week (or as agreed)
- Source and screen candidates using Seek Premium, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our ATS
- Write shortlists and candidate summaries for client presentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and communication logs
- Liaise with the team to keep recruitment pipelines active and moving
Overview of the Ideal Candidate
You’re an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer who knows how to find quality candidates and assess them quickly.
You’re tech-savvy, self-disciplined, and happy working independently after hours—whether that’s from 5pm–9pm, a few evenings per week, or a flexible mix.
You’re passionate about recruitment done right, and enjoy working as part of a small, high-performing team.
About the Ideal Candidate
Essentials
- HR/Recruitment experience (internal, agency, or RPO)
- Confident with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter & Seek Premium
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Gold Coast-based
Desirables
- Experience working remotely or after-hours
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems
- Strong ability to assess both skill and attitude fit
