About the Role: A position has become available for a Valuations Manager to join our Australian Investment Management business. Joining the Valuations team, you will work closely with existing Valuation Managers across our highly regarded funds management platform. You will lead the internal and external valuation process across a diverse property portfolio, providing strategic advice to Fund Managers and ensuring valuations are accurate, compliant, and aligned to fund strategies. This is a great opportunity to influence strategic investment decisions while working closely with senior leaders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end valuation processes across funds. Coordinate and review external valuations, including valuer selection and instruction. Prepare and present valuation reports to Committees and Boards. Lead internal valuation activities for fair value reporting. Analyse asset performance and provide insights on portfolio value and strategy. Support investment and development opportunities with financial analysis. About You: Experience valuing institutional-grade assets (retail, office, residential/BTR, industrial). Relevant qualifications (AAPI, MRICS or similar). Strong financial modelling skills (e.g. Forbury, Estate Master, Excel). Solid understanding of fund, asset, and property management functions.
