Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Townsville, QLD, for a Travel Advisor. The Travel Advisor will assist customers in planning and booking personalized travel experiences and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert consultation, handling inquiries, crafting tailored itineraries, coordinating with local operators, managing bookings, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.

* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an excellent experience for all clients.
* Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively.
* Experience in Travel Arrangements and familiarity with Travel Agency processes and workflows.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
* Knowledge of travel destinations and trends; industry certifications or experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
* A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
