**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to support all the Services and Health Functions as well as Hospital users. You will provide up to date information to callers as well as providing support for tasks to be raised for any service in the hospital.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Demonstrated experience working within a customer orientated environment. Experience working within a Helpdesk/Service desk/Team environment. Experience in working in a KPI driven service with delivery outcomes. Certificate II/III in Health Administration (highly desirable) Experience within a Healthcare environment (Highly Desirable)
