Job Description:
* Design and deliver engaging, accredited IT training programs for adult learners, incorporating cultural sensitivity and meeting RTO standards
* Develop and maintain quality learning resources within security guidelines, ensuring learner engagement and success
* Support fellow educators with IT components of their curriculum, fostering a collaborative team approach
* Manage course administration accurately and on time, ensuring seamless delivery and evaluation
* Participate in team and operational meetings to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
* IT qualification above Certificate II level, demonstrating expertise and adaptability
* Experience working with adult learners and delivering accredited training, showcasing effective teaching methods
* Understanding of RTO standards and compliance requirements, ensuring commitment to excellence
* Strong digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating efficient learning and communication
