Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
As a technical delivery professional, you will be responsible for providing support services for complex Oracle solutions in Canberra. Your key responsibilities include:
* Database platform management support for customers
* Incident resolution and problem identification activities
* Guidance on proactive problem avoidance activities
* Best practice design, installation, and configuration advice for database platform deployment and management
* Knowledge transfer on effective engagement with oracle support processes and procedures
Required Skills:
* Database products covering backup and recovery, performance tuning, security, RAC, disaster recovery
* Architecture skills with high availability, maximum availability, engineered systems (advantageous)
* Understanding of ITIL processes
