What you'll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances, goals and risk profiles
* Develop tailored financial plans covering investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and tax optimisation
* Present financial recommendations to clients in a clear and engaging manner
* Manage client portfolios and monitor performance to ensure ongoing alignment with objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products and best practices to provide highly informed advice
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and contribute to the company's growth
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Financial Adviser
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field
* Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, investment management and risk mitigation strategies
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills to assess complex financial situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively educate and guide clients
* Thorough understanding of financial products, regulations and industry trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
